08 . Luca Movie Reviewˊˎ-

Image
ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ⁱˢ ᵗʸᵖⁱⁿᵍ . . . If you asked me what the best movie of 2021 is (so far) I would say, without a doubt, " Luca ." The movie is set in an Italian seaside town called Portorosso. Luca and his friends, Alberto and Giulia (pronounced like Julia), are training for the Portorosso Cup. Alberto and Luca want to win the cup to buy a Vespa with the prize money and see the world together. But Luca and Alberto have a secret: they're sea monsters! I first watched this movie a few months ago, and since then it's become part of my life. I've watched it more than ten times and can recite everyone's lines *almost* perfectly. I'm obsessed. One of my favorite things about this movie is the graphics. Both the art and the animation are exquisite. The style that the characters are drawn in is refreshing, and the scenery is very realistic. Gelato! I also love the setting: a human town called Portorosso. I really like this town. There is no real Portorosso in Italy,...

ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ⁱˢ ᵗʸᵖⁱⁿᵍ . . . One of my favorite desserts is banana pudding. So simple, yet so yummy! Banana Pudding Makes 2 servings or one big one 2 bananas Cinnamon Milk Yogurt Pecans Mash up the bananas in a bowl. Add a small amount of milk to make it less thick and chunky. Add cinnamon - a lot or a little, your choice! I like a lot. Crush up pecans and add those too. Stir and add to two bowls. Top with yogurt and eat! So yummy 😍 ♥ Bye! ♥ ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ˢⁱᵍⁿᵉᵈ ᵒᶠᶠ .

06 . Happy Independence Day!ˊˎ-

Image
ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ⁱˢ ᵗʸᵖⁱⁿᵍ . . . Happy Independence Day, everyone! I love this holiday because we celebrate the freedom of our country on this day. Imagine what life would be like if we were still controlled by Britain! Here's some stuff you can do today/things that we do. Mama made us pancakes that looked like American flags 🍴 Try to have red, white, and blue in your outfit today! I'm going to wear a red shirt, jeans, and white accessories. And I have some cool socks :0 I had the idea of a parade! Me and Slothys are going to decorate our bikes and go around the neighborhood. I'll wave an American flag. If I can find one. This is our first year doing a parade. For dinner we always eat hot dogs and corn on the cob. It's just too yummy!! For dessert that you could make, put blueberries and strawberries in yogurt. Maybe with brown rice cereal on the bottom for crunch. We always go to fireworks this day. Our city holds a display that everyone can go to. It's so much fun ...

05 . My Daily Inspirationˊˎ-

Image
ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ⁱˢ ᵗʸᵖⁱⁿᵍ . . . There are five girls who inspire me every day and remind me to be my best: Hermione Granger, Ginny Weasley, Luna Lovegood, Cho Chang, and Nympadora Tonks. These are all from the Harry Potter series and they all are awesome. I drew pictures of them to remind myself to try to be like them. I hung them up on my wall. Hermione: Intelligent and Logical Hermione reminds me to try my hardest in school and to approach my problems from a logical angle. Ginny: Fearless and Bold Ginny helps me to be brave. I'll be bold and try new things. Luna: Creative and Optimistic Luna reminds me to be positive and enjoy the small things. She lets me embrace my creativity and my inner oddball. Cho: Resilient and Determined Cho reminds me that I can do anything I want to. I just have to push through and keep going. (Second picture is blurry hehe) Tonks: Confident and Brave Tonks reminds me to have confidence and believe in myself. I encourage you to find role models that help ...

04 . Father’s Day Craftˊˎ-

Image
ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ⁱˢ ᵗʸᵖⁱⁿᵍ . . . Hello! Today I'm going to be showing you how to make this Father's Day craft. Don't look if you're my dad 🤭 Here's mine: Let's get started! You'll need: Tacky Glue Paper Shoebox lid Rocks, twigs, leaves, etc. Markers Scissors First you'll need a shoebox lid. if you don't have one, cut a piece of cardboard down small, like I did. You need a blank slate to design your rock person. Cut a piece of paper as small as your cardboard/lid and glue it in. I used white paper. Gather rocks and other materials from nature. Glue rocks in the shape of a person and use other stuff to make different features. I used twigs for the hair. Let it dry. Draw on a face and clothing details with a permanent marker. Make it look like your dad! Write "My dad ROCKS!" on the paper. Or some other rock pun. And you're done! ♥ Bye! ♥ ᵇᵒᵒᵏˢʸᵇᵉᵃʳ ˢⁱᵍⁿᵉᵈ ᵒᶠᶠ .
